European Union Street Art Meets Hong Kong

The European Union National Institutions for Culture (EUNIC) and the EU Office to Hong Kong and Macau, have supported a project of bringing EU Artists to HK to participate into HKWalls Festival. Artists from Czech Republic, France, Germany and Italy were selected to realise each a wall during the festival. Tonight's event is dedicated to meeting the HK audience and sensibilise to Street Art movement in the EU.

Come and meet the European Artists who attend  HKWALLS 2023 as well as discover pieces and content related to Street Art movements in Europe. Street Art has emerged in Europe in the 1970s and developed in the 80s and 90s with the Hip hop movement.

Many cities and places are iconic like Berlin, Paris, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Prague or Rome.
