Cheese & Wine Tasting
EN : Among the most famous French delicacies, there is no doubt that wines and cheeses are among the most popular. The Alliance Française de Hong Kong has already organised many tasting workshops on several occasions. This time, we are coming back again for regulars and the curious ones with a new tasting session animated by David Cordina, from AF team.
It is the opportunity to spend quality time, enjoying marvellous cheeses and wines while discovering elements of French food culture. During this workshop, you will learn the origins, the making process, the characteristics of each types of cheeses and wines.

Une sélection de fromages sera présentée et expliquée selon les origines, les procédés de fabrication et conservation. L'atelier est animé par David Cordina de l'équipe de l'AF. Atelier mené en anglais avec un peu de langue française.
