Are you ready for a new culinary journey? Meet two young ambassadors from the Institut Paul Bocuse! One of them is a French chef and the other is a Hotel manager. Together, they organize a Student Hospitality & Culinary World Tour. They travel around the world to discover foreign cuisines and promote French cooking. Their next stop is Hong Kong, with us!

On November 26, their cooking class will be centered on French pastry. You know about croissants and pains au chocolat (or chocolatine in the southwest, choose your team), but have you already tried amandines? Made with custard cream and almonds, this French delicacy is marked with Mediterranean heritage. If your stomach is not growling already, rest assured: there is more! You will also learn how to make a fruit coulis and a caramel decor.
