Full Terms & Conditions

1. Non-transferable & Non-refundable

• The Full A1 Beginner Level Membership is strictly personal.
• It cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances.
• The membership fee is non-refundable except in the specific cases listed in Clause 3.

2. Scope of Use

• The membership covers the complete A1 level (A101–A104) over 4 consecutive terms.
• Registration each term is included and must be completed by the member.
• It only includes the Adult regular classes (3h per week over 10 weeks each term) and Mid-session semi-intensive classes (3h per week over 5 weeks) at A1 general level (A101 to A104). 
• The package is valid exclusively for the person who purchased it.

3. Refund Policy (exceptional cases only)

• Refunds will only be granted in the following situations:
  a. If the A1 level is not offered at any of the Alliance Française de Hong Kong centres during the membership period.
  b. If the chosen class is cancelled due to insufficient enrolment and no alternative class is suitable for the member.
• Refunds will be calculated pro rata according to the number of terms already completed:
  
• Before Term 1 starts: 100% refund
• After Term 1, before Term 2: 50% refund
• After Term 2, before Term 3: 25% refund
• After Term 3, before Term 4: 10% refund
• After Term 4 starts: No refund

4. Credit toward A201 Level

• Upon completion of the Full A1 Beginner Level (A101–A104) and successful validation of level through the AFHK internal exam, DELF A1, or TCF, the member will receive a HKD 1,500 credit applicable toward enrolment in A201.
• This credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

5. Ordinary Membership Benefits

• By purchasing the Full A1 Beginner Level Membership, the member also enjoys the rights and benefits of an Ordinary Membership of the Alliance Française de Hong Kong for the duration of the package.
• All terms and conditions of the Ordinary Membership apply.

6. Other Conditions

• By purchasing the membership, the member acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions.
• The Alliance Française de Hong Kong reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
