The Role

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital marketing and cultural exchange? We are looking for an energetic, innovative, and highly motivated marketing professional to join our team. In this role, you will take the wheel on our social media strategies, create eye-catching content, and help drive all-around marketing campaigns to promote our French courses and exciting cultural projects.

What You Will Do

  • Lead Social Media Strategy: Spearhead and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, RED (Xiaohongshu), WeChat, YouTube, and Spotify to increase followers and community engagement.
  • Create Captivating Content: Produce multimedia social media content (text, photos, and videos) and adapt it creatively for our blog, website, and other digital channels.
  • Drive Campaigns: Prepare, launch, and follow up on digital marketing and promotional campaigns for our language courses and cultural events.
  • Manage Communications: Develop and manage our newsletters from end-to-end, including content creation, layout design, and distribution.
  • Own the Website: Maintain and regularly update the AFHK website, ensuring fresh, engaging content and accurate information across all pages.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Track campaign performance, analyze the numbers, and prepare reports to help us continuously improve our marketing strategies.
  • Event Support: Roll up your sleeves to help coordinate the logistics for our dynamic cultural and social events.

Who You Are (Requirements & Experience)

  • Educated: University graduate majoring in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experienced: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts, running digital campaigns, and executing marketing strategies.
  • Industry Savvy: A deep understanding of the Hong Kong market. Previous experience in the Education, Arts & Culture, or NGO sectors is a massive plus.
  • Digitally Fluent: Highly proficient in Canva and a quick learner with digital tools. Knowledge of design software like Photoshop is strongly preferred.
  • Detail-Oriented & Analytical: You have a keen eye for detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a sensitivity to numbers and data.
  • Bilingual Communicator: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Traditional Chinese). Proficiency in French is an advantage!
  • Team Player: Proactive, self-motivated, and equipped with strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with our tight-knit team.
