Future Food Cooking Workshop

Dans le cadre de la Fête de la science 2026, organisée par le Consulat général de France à Hong Kong et Macao, en partenariat avec le Hong Kong Science Museum, l'Alliance Française accueille dans ses murs un atelier de cuisine végétale, animé par la Cheffe Tina Barrat. Venez cuisiner tout en découvrant les principes scientifiques qui sous-tendent certaines techniques culinaires, et réfléchir aux enjeux actuels liés à notre alimentation !

As part of Science Festival 2026, organized by the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macao, in partnership with the Hong Kong Science Museum, Alliance Française is hosting a plant-based cooking workshop led by Chef Tina Barrat.
