Dans les pas d’un sosie de Marilyn Monroe incarnation éternelle d’Hollywood, le film dévoile l’image de la Mecque du cinéma à travers une galerie de personnages. L.A L.A End est le portrait d’une ville qui est aussi le portrait d’une femme.
