Marketing and Communication Officer
We are looking for an energetic, innovative & highly motivated professional to join the organization. Reporting
to the Marketing and Communication team lead, this position of Marketing and Communication Officer will lead communication and
content strategies especially for social media channels to increase no. of followers, create and oversee social campaigns,
and produce content. She/he will assist the team on all-round marketing and communication campaigns.
Job description:
- Prepare digital marketing and promotion campaigns materials,
- Assist in the follow-up of the communication plan of French courses and cultural projects,
- Lead social media communication strategy,
- Copy writing for blog and newsletter,
- Prepare reports on campaign basis,
- Support the team on all-round marketing and communication campaigns,
- Take part of the coordination and logistics of cultural and social events
- Assist the team to achieve company goals and objectives, ensure all action plans are executed,
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
- Digital & social media savvy,
- Understanding of Hong Kong market is crucial, experience in Education / Cultural field is a plus,
- Ability to multi-task,
- Proactive and highly self-motivated,
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team,
- Fast paced and detail-minded,
- Proficient in Canva, knowledge in design tools such as Photoshop is preferred,
- Sensitive to numbers,
- Excellent command in English and Chinese, Proficient knowledge in French is a plus
Experience:
- University graduates major in Marketing or Business with 1-2 years of experience in relevant industry
- University fresh graduates will also be considered
- Working experience in Education and Cultural field, NGO organization is preferred
- Hands-on experience in managing social media accounts and campaigns
- Immediate available will be an advantage
