Un grand classique de la patisserie française

We are pleased to present another demo-cooking workshop for cooking enthusiasts, featuring a delicate French Pastry (la pâtisserie). le Paris-Brest

The Paris-Brest is a famous French pastry inspired by the eponymous cycling race. It consists of a ring-shaped choux pastry filled with praline cream and sprinkled with sliced almonds. The choux pastry is baked until it achieves a crispy texture, while the praline cream offers a rich flavor.

The Paris-Brest is appreciated for its contrasting textures and the balance between the crunchiness of the almonds and the cream's sweetness. This classic pastry is popular worldwide and can be enjoyed as is or with variations depending on the pastry chef. It is considered a French must-try for pastry enthusiasts and deserves to be discovered and savored.
