This year's edition of AF x MM French May Cinema will take place online, with FREE access for ONE MONTH FREE French Films available to all French film lovers in Hong Kong on nowE.com (from May 15 to June 30)! 

Thanks to our long term partner MOViE MOViE and French May Arts Festival, we are glad to launch an online format for this year's edition amid this difficult period of time. This online edition of French May Cinema Program invites you to explore great adventures of French Cinema. From filmmaker Luc Besson's sci-fi effects and breathtaking scenery (The Fifth Element, and The Big Blue), to Michel Gondry's fanciful sets (Microbe & Gasoline), to the poetic and colorful world of Jean-Pierre Jeunet (Amelie), this year's edition will draw you into a world of adventure and fantasy universe.  

Exploring the extraordinary social and artistic adventure through the documentaries by JR & Agnes Varda with Faces Places, and Dior & I by Frédéric Tcheng, you will also re/discover the mysterious journey of OSS 117:lost in Rio by Michel Hazanavicius, Holy Motors by Leos Carax, and Ismael’s Ghosts by Arnaud Desplechin.

This selection of 27 films includes rarely screened classics - such as Donkey Skin by Jacques Demy and Irma Vep by Olivier Assayas, but also family-friendly films such as The Little Prince by Marc Osborne, Dilili in Paris by Michel Ocelot, and Belle & Sebastien by Nicolas Vanier.
