Cooking Workshop - Poulet à la moutarde + Crème brûlée
This 2 in 1 cooking workshop will bring to you a savoury and a sweet dish at the same time.
What's on the menu then?
Our French teacher, also an experienced and passionate cook, Molinna Hatterrer will prepare a savoury dish well known to the French: "Emincé
de poulet à la moutarde"/ "Mustard sliced chicken".
Not only well known but also well loved by the French, the dish is in fact not that difficult to cook.
Mustard is a condiment made from the seeds of a mustard plant - yes these plants are also called mustard. It is a delicacy of the region of
Burgundy and of her capital, Dijon.
The mustard sliced chicken is served with green beans, provençal tomatos and a homemade puree.
What better way to wrap up the meal than by serving a classic dessert? Molinna will then prepare alongside you a huge European classic: la Crème brûlée.
